Package Demonstration along with Soybean Variety JS 95-60	Low yield due to Late Maturing Nature of varieties & non-adoption of recommended Package and Practices.	Looking the climate change scenario of the district, KVK introduced the short duration soybean variety JS 95-60 through Front Line Demonstration between year 2007-2010 which is best fitted in soybean-potato-onion cropping system. The total 39 full packages, 19 varietal (23 ha.) and 300 demonstrations(60 ha) under seed village programme were conducted comprising of 15 villages of the district. Total seed multiplication were received 1064 qtls worth of rupees 32 lakhs. The maximum yield of the demonstration was achieved up to 31.25 qt/ha and increased 57.22% over farmer’s practice. In current 35 per cent area coverage by this variety in the district.
